Refund policy
At Canon's, we want you to love your natural skincare products as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Returns:
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your product for a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.
- Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process, and place a new order for the desired product.
Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking:
- For your convenience, you will receive a tracking number via email once your return is processed.
